Thank you for shopping at Ever Born Clothing (referred to as “Ever Born,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • Returns accepted with in the 7 days of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@everborn.co or by phone at 8077583418 to request a return authorization.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a 3 – 5  days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
